Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with service providers who assist us in operating the Service. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission is completely secure.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  1. Purpose of AI Processing. ArtLogix may utilize Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) technologies in limited and controlled ways to improve functionality and user experience. Examples include, but are not limited to:
    • Extracting artwork details (e.g., title, medium, dimensions) from uploaded images;
    • Assisting with catalog organization, tagging, and search; and
    • Providing optional, account-based dashboard tools.
  2. Data Minimization. When AI features are used, ArtLogix will only process the minimum amount of data necessary to fulfill the specific purpose. Personally identifiable information (“PII”), including client names, contact details, or financial data, is not transmitted to AI systems unless strictly required and with appropriate safeguards.
  3. No AI Training on Client Data. ArtLogix does not sell, license, or otherwise permit the use of client data for the purpose of training third-party AI models. All AI integrations are configured to prevent external vendors or providers from using client information to improve their own systems.
  4. Security Measures. Data processed by AI features is subject to the same safeguards as other client data within the platform, including:
    • Encryption in transit and at rest;
    • Access controls and role-based permissions;
    • Daily encrypted backups; and
    • Isolation of AI services from core database operations.
  5. Compliance and Transparency. ArtLogix operates in alignment with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Clients may opt out of AI features where applicable, and may request data export or deletion at any time in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your Choices

You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
